By using Fake My Stats ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Fake My Stats lets you design routes or workouts and generates fictional activity files (GPX for cardio, TCX for gym) that resemble a real recorded activity. The activities are entirely made up.
You agree not to use the Service or the files it generates to:
You are solely responsible for what you do with the files you generate. We provide a tool; how you use it is your choice and your responsibility.
Access to paid features is tied to the email address you use at checkout. Keep it accurate. You are responsible for activity carried out through your access.
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refunds & Cancellation policy for details.
We work to keep the Service running but provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated files will be accepted by any third-party platform.
The Service, its design, and its code belong to the operator. Files you generate are yours to use, subject to Section 2.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use or misuse of generated files. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, in particular Section 2. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
