How cancellation, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, and refunds work for Fake My Stats.
You can cancel any time from your account page, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't lock you in and don't charge a cancellation fee.
As an EU consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Fake My Stats delivers digital content and services immediately once you start using it.
We want you to be happy. Even outside the formal withdrawal right, if something went wrong — a technical fault, a double charge, or the Service didn't do what was described — email support@fakemystats.com and we'll sort it out, including a refund where fair.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within a few business days.
